-How do I know what size unit I need?

Please refer to the list of units and see the helpful, SEE WHAT FITS IN THIS UNIT, link by each unit size.

-Can I transfer to a different unit size if I need more or less space?

Absolutely, please call our staff and they will be able to find you a smaller or larger unit that fits your needs. You can do this at any time of the month. There will be an increase or decrease in the monthly expense depending on which size you choose.

-Are there any move-in specials or discounts available?

We frequently run specials. Please check our unit pricing guide or call our staff to see what specials we are offering. We offer a 5% discount for veterans and seniors.

-Can I set up autopay?

Yes, you can choose autopay when you begin the move in process online or just call staff at any point in the rental and they can adjust your payment to autopay.

-How do I make a payment online?

Go to the facility’s website and click “Pay Bill” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Follow the prompts to create an account. If choosing to pay as guest, please be sure to enter your full unit number including letters and zero’s. If you are stuck please call our staff and they can help you navigate setting up your online payment.

-How do I rent a unit?

Choose your size preference then follow this online link, to begin the rental process. You can always call our staff for assistance.

-Can I move in the same day I rent a unit?

For the most part yes. Some facilities have gates that have scheduled access between 6am and 10pm.

-How much notice do I need to give before moving out?

A ten-day notice in writing is required to terminate the lease.

-Do I need insurance for my stored items?

Yes, as part of the lease contract, insurance is required. You can supply us with a copy of your current insurance or we can provide a convenient affordable insurance option.
